Lucy
Lucy is from JOHTO and is visiting friends in KANTO and will be trying her hand at the Elite Eight. Her parents live in CERULEAN CITY.
Li & Yung

Li & Yung are all about winning the Pokémon League, they have been friends forever and will pop up often around KANTO.
All of your rivals will have the chance at being champion depending on choices you've made. Even splitting Yung & Li as separate teams.
Each individual will be romanceable and this will make your choices during the post-league part of the game quite difficult.

3 - Various icons have different colour.
4 - Surf palette is strange.
5 - Cerulean City tree cuts permanently.
6 - Double battles get a bit strange if you only have one pokémon.
7 - There are buildings all over KANTO that can't be accessed yet.
8 - Red text for hero after talking to Li & Yung in Mt. Moon
9 - Yung & Li call female hero "Mr" in Mt. Moon
10 - You can face Liana without beating Skinner first.
